ACL reconstruction journey… back to the cage
VIDEO below – A little rehab work done daily, a little mental work again done daily and a massive wish to be back fighting, helped me heal up enough to be able to do some sparring less than 3 months after ACL reconstruction.
I was very pleased to noticed that, although I am slowed and certainly rusty, I could complete 15 rounds and considering that my primary weapon are my kicks, I didn’t do bad at all. A big thank you to the boys at CARISMA Kickboxing for having me there and helping me getting back.
I am certainly not there yet BUT, every day, I am… one step closer!
