So here we are, day 1 of the 90 day journey during which I will be training with ruptured ACL, torn MCL and meniscus to get ready for my operation in July, reduce the rehab period as much as possible and lose approximately 30lbs.
The reason why I decided to publish this is not because I want your attention or publicity; I will share this journey sincerely hoping to give you valuable tips, information and share the sports psychology and mind coaching techniques which will keep me motivated, sane and which will help me achieve the best possible results in the shortest period of time.
